There was only two store associates available and a long line of customers waiting who knew what they wanted but couldn’t be helped until the associates were available. At this time of year there should be at least 4 sales associates available to minimize the long hours of waiting to purchase items. The reason I didn’t purchase the items online was the birthday discount I had didn’t work online properly.

We spent $325. I came home and went online and built the exact same bracelet, for -$125 Cheaper. Selecting pick up in store.as the option. Going today to return the bracelet we spent all this time building, to order it for less. Price gouging at its finest..really uncool.

The sales associate had a bit of an attitude, didn't know where items were and than a problem with the card reader to make a payment.

The associate that helped me was extremely rude and quite literally threw rings at me when i asked to see a few rings. I asked to see a certain ring and she literally slid it across the table to me and i asked if there was a trey so i can view a few more than 3 more at once, and she pointed to the trey on display. i didn’t even want to buy any merchandise at this point but i went to the mall specifically for this ring. i also asked if she could clean my rings and she told me no. absolutely awful experience.

When I went into pandora I knew exactly the pair of earrings I was getting for my mom so it was an easy purchase. But the lady who helped me has a mug on her face the entire time, she looked like she did not sure want to be there at all and she made it seem like she was doing me a favor when it is her job. I was surprised because I didn’t even have any questions because I went it there with a product in mind already. I was just shocked on how unprofessional this worker was being. I even saw her role her eyes at another coworker or maybe it was the manager I am not entirely sure.

When we walked in someone was standing behind the counter in the front. She didn’t greet us. For a few minutes we were looking at the cases and she goes do you need help? I said yes. I asked if she had this charm and showed her a picture of the charm I wanted. She walked away and sent someone else to us. The salesperson came to us and said were you the ones that needed help. There was no hello. It was almost like no wanted to be there. We then had to repeat showing a different person the same photo. She found the charm we wanted and I looked at it. When I looked at it, it seemed to be a-little dull. I said I’ll purchase this charm but could you clean it before you pack it in a box. She chuckled and shook her head. Which not sure what was funny about asking for the merchandise to be cleaned. It could’ve been a display one I looked at not sure, but it didn’t look like it was. And if it was she could have simply said it was the display one that why it may look dirty. Overall, this visit was not warming or welcoming. There were girls just standing in the back leaning on cases talking to other workers. I felt some workers were rude and didn’t want to be there.

I along with other individuals in front of me had to continuously inform others that they had to wait on a different line because the line was very long. I don’t understand why the store didnt have their employee directing the line into the store.

Fiquei 1 hora no balcão esperando alguém me atender. Então a garota que estava esperando na fila percebeu e mandou alguém falar comigo. Pedi informações e a garota foi super grosseira. Depois, a garota que fazia a venda foi super gentil.

It looked like there were just 3 employees working. I was put on a waiting list and while I realize they were helping other people, I knew exactly what I wanted but I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get it. There should be some kind of express help for people who know what they want. I think my whole expirience took about 45 minutes. I guess people are just supposed to shop online. Also saw signs everywhere saying 25% off but my charm was not discounted at all.
