Customer service rep (Michelle) seemed to be put out that she had to help me and only acknowledged me after another rep (who was helping someone else) nudged her.

Very disappointed that Pandora store unable to keep track of prior purchases beyond 90 days. With so many different charms available, when purchasing a gift I'd like to make sure I don't buy a duplicate and was told Pandora does not have technology to track prior purchases. I collect Tara's Diary, an Irish program of charms similar to Pandora, and I'm able to track every charm I've ever purchased from them, going back several years. Pandora could definitely provide this if they wanted to. Many stores provide this service for customers and a big negative that they don't.

Sales Associate did not seem interested in helping. Not friendly was rude. Very little interest in helping me.

The girl that appeared to be the manager, was very un friendly. The girl that did help me was friendly . When I came in i was next but , the manager started to allocate her sales girls to different customers, so i did tell her i had been waiting, she was very cold. I'll try another pandora, just not in the mall

I was not satisfied because with the amount of employees that were there when I got there with only 2 people ahead of me, I waited online for over 30 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there. Maybe if there was an express for people who are in and out would be better. Have a line for people are are window shopping and another for those in and out purchases this way there isn't a line wrapped around the store even with those quick buys.

Merchandise not properly labeled. Difficulty finding merchandise. Antiquated write up slips for payment.
