The sales associate that helped us clearly did not want to work. She answered questions with either yes or no. Not friendly at all.

Sales associate Asia J possibly new moved slow as f*<×. I was prepared she didn't want to be there was the vibe I got. And lack of knowledge turned me off almost left.

I waited in line where no one was distancing. Had ppl coming up and bumping us on line. I waited over 30 mins and was told they might not have what I was looking for in stock.

The sales associate was very professional towards me and catered to me. I appreciated that, but I do not appreciate how my friend was treated in the store. She came inside with me and was interested in looking at and potentially buying a necklace. After I chose the charm I wanted, the sales associate told me to meet her at the register. I left while my friend was still looking at the necklaces nearby her. The sales associate then told my friend that she could go. So, when I was being helped at the register by that sales associate, my friend didn't come with me. She asked someone else to help her look at a necklace and she was told by them to leave as well. We understand because of COVID that stores cannot be fully packed like they used to be, but my friend and I were both allowed inside at the same time. The fact that the associates literally kicked her out and didn't bother to help her when she wanted assistance was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was incredibly hurt by this and the experience made us both uncomfortable going back to this Pandora store. I bought a charm I adored there, but because of this I will be returning it and buying it at another store. What a shame

The associate that helped me was not too knowledgeable, and and then end she was pushing wanting to sell me more stuff and wanting me to apply for the card, even when a told her several times no.

We were unable to look at merchandise in any other case but the one they put us at. We were the only ones in the store at the time. They didn’t “want to have to clean everything when we left. We would have spent much more had we been able to freely browse the store. I almost left with nothing because It was very hard to shop when you can’t see the merchandise.

It has nothing to do with Pandor it has to do with the way the run things at the holidays. I had to wait on not one but 2 lines at Christmas time It took me over 45 minutes from start to finish. One line for an assistant to help you then another line to pay. SERIOUSLY?? That is not right and turns me off. If I didn't have to get my niece something there I would never shop there.
