saleswoman did not seem to know what she was doing at all, she stated that they had plenty of new charms but only found 7 to show me and then handed me a book and said look through this and let me know if you find something you like. I could have done this online for this type of experience. I expect more when I am in person speaking with one of your employees. In addition she was all over the place with my money and receipts, said she emailed me a receipt, still have not gotten it. She also without telling me packed 2 charms in one box confusing me and making me go back to the store to say she forgot to give me my 3rd charm and she said no i packed two in one box and then asked if I would like a 3rd box. What is the point at this time. I just made sure I got the 3 charms I bought and left. I will be hard for me to go back there with this type of experience. I will go online or another store in the future.

The associate did not let us in the store, we had to stand outside on line. There was only 1 other person inside. Would have bought more if we could have looked inside

Upon entering the store, the two sales associates (who were assisting other customers) did not acknowledge me at all. I had circled the store quite a few times, and was not greeted or even told that someone would be right with me until another sales woman came out from the back room and said that someone would be right with me as well as the other customers who were waiting as well and were not greeted or acknowledged.

The girls at this location were not friendly and young. I think that when you spend a lot of money at a store you have to have sales associates that are friendly.

There was only 2 sales associates. I was the next person in line and I still waited 30 minutes to be helped. 2 people behind me on line actually left before entering the store

I was dissatisfied in 2 areas. I have been to this Pandora before and the help never seem happy and have an attitude. This was especially unusual because the person who waited on me was the manager . In addition, if I didn't ask about the rose gold ring I bought I would not have known that it needs a special cleaner that costs an additional $15. I would have put it in my regular jewelry cleaner and ruined it. The staff , at least my person, needs to act more interested and not bored to death. I even tried to lighten conversation up, but didn't help.

My sales rep was amazing!! But my charm, that was gifted to me from my deceased son, broke for the second time and was no longer sold by Pandora. I also had a few charms that were no longer “round” and wouldn’t go back on the bracelet so I was forced to PAY again to replace them.

The associate was not knowledgeable of physically putting charms on or finding charms I choose . Not friendly, she kept stating how i should organize my bracelet and she wish she had her bracelet here to show me.

I tried to order online and pick up in the store but the web didn’t give me the option, then I called the store to see if I can order or hold the item and no answer and the mailbox was full, so I went to the store and waited on the long line outside the store. I think there should be two separate lines for shoppers who are browsing and are not sure what they want and for shoppers who know what they want and can get it and go.
