Manager wouldn’t apply my health care hero 10% discount with my birthday reward she was confusing on explains. The girl ringing me up didn’t know how to process a visa gift card and kept saying it was declined and putting it through as a Pandora gift card

Inexperience CSR, she needed assistance from another CSR, the Manager and myself. After her completion of the sales and service, I left the store with some of my charms on backwards. I didn’t have it corrected due to my available time. :(

The wait time was ridiculous and then they make you wait when your actually in the store , the rep was nice but she got my name wrong and I felt like she was just trying to rush me out the store , it was neither a horrible experience nor a great one , but i did expect more .

I was returning a charm that i I brought for my daughters birthday, she already had the charm I had purchased. I mentioned that to the associate. Then I said she only has one charm I can’t believe I brought the same one. I stated that her boyfriend had purchased the bracelet and charm she actually said “he brought her a bracelet with no charms?” I said no. Nevermind because clearly she wasn’t listening however I didn’t appreciate that she would have such disapproval of someone purchasing a bracelet with no charm. Not everyone can afford to purchase both and no one should be made to feel uncomfortable. I wish I had waited for Fran to help us. It was an uncomfortable transaction.

It’s frustrating that the stores are so small and you can’t browse (I had a stoller). The associates have to bring everything to you. Also the organization of the beads is annoying because you should have all the same type of beads next to each other (I was shopping for birthstone beads and the associate had to go all over the place to find them). Lastly, your website sucks.

I wasn’t allowed in the store so I wasn’t able to get everything I wanted. I had no service on my phone to browse to see what I wanted and there was only one other customer in the store being helped while I was made to stay out the line and try to remember what I wanted without being able to look at the selection
