Very friendly sales associate

Had to wait a long time for an associate to help me, there were two associates helping one customer and only one other associate to help all other customers

The people working there were friendly and helped me with the charm i was looking for.

I received email regarding the 40 percent off. Made it to store on last day but was disappointed that only certain counters of charms were included in sale. Purchased bracelet but decided to wait on charm.

I felt staff was less and due to discounts store was crowded and wait time was more.i had to wait 25-30 minutes.

Don't believe I received full discount.

The store was supposed to open at 11 am on Sunday and they didn't open until 11:15 am. At the beginning sales people weren't welcoming friendly until mid sale

Not impressive customer service experience, just ok.

I asked the associate for charms relating to babies. She offered me 3 charms. I asked the prices and they were $45, $45, and $75. I chose one for $45 and then looking online I found one very similar for $30. I did not approach the fact that the sales associate did not even offer me this option.

In order to be highly satisfied there would have to have been some decent discounts.
