I wish I had known there was a promotion starting today and I would have waited to make my purchase. I asked about a promotion that had ended but wish the associate had shared with me that one was starting today. I am a new mom and only working part-time, I would have appreciated extending my dollar further.

It was nice, fast and smooth. The store was clean and it was easy to navigate. People were very friendly too.

Waited a little too long for help

Upon walking in, I walked around the island of jewelry looking for a gift, I was ignored as I walked by 3 employees standimg t the register, maybe twice as they were talking to each other, and then I was continually ignore as the male employee with the beard kept looking at me working at the counter right near where I was shopping just ignoring me. Finally I received help from someone who came out of the back room, not from anyone on the floor at all.

I was highly satisfied with my recent trip due to being able to see what I wanted by trying on necklaces and rings without a problem. I ran into an issue with a necklace being a little to short but I just purchased a necklace extendor on my own and fixed that problem. I will definitely be going back to purchase more item that I saw and was interested in.

There was a small sign for a line to start. People didn’t see the sign. Wait was long. Not enough workers to help customers

Don’t get me wrong, I love the item(s) I purchased the Pandora store. Definitely satisfied, just shy of highly satisfied. Nothing against Pandora or the sales associate, it was just an typical transaction and I didn’t think much about it afterwards.

The store experience was fine. The only complaint is that I had to pay 5 cents for a gift bag. A little weird considering I paid for the item.
