I found some of the merchandise pricey, and what I was looking for was discontinued . There was a bracelet I wanted to purchase but they only had a small size

The only issue I had was them not honoring a sale price online. Now I completely understand that sometimes online and in-store prices are different. Pandora had a promotion for buy two charms get one free. Online it showed that the pendants are also included on it and there was no where where it said that that was just for online only. I understood but I wished least the store would have honored it being that I did check and I showed them that it didn't just say online.

The items I came in for I was told were retired although I just saw them on the website. The “items” that replaced them were not as nice and were more expensive.

Store seemed to be not staffed properly. We had the same representative for the 3 of my friends. Associates knowledge of products was very good. She was very helpful in helping me make my decision on placement of charms on my new bangle bracelet.

Sales associate quoted me the wrong price on a ring. It was $10.00 more when I went to pay.

Inventory needs to be higher so you can leave with purchase not have to order & come pick up

While trying to look at merchandise, sales people were working on paperwork for someone else not in the store. I was told I applied for a promotion and it was not supposed to be a credit card but it has affected my trans union credit account as an inquiry. I'm not happy!
