Pandora Jewelry

I had lost my pandora ring and wanted to purchase it same day and not wait for it to be delivered. I went into the store showed the sales rep the picture and they were able to get it and had it in my size. I left with my favorite ring.

The wait was very long and it was super hot inside. There was not many associates available. If it wasn’t so hot, the wait would not have been a problem.

It took 10 minutes to be greeted.

They didn’t have the Valentine’s merchandise out even though the website said it was available.

The sale associate didnt really seem like she knew what she was doing.

The checkout process was very slow. It was clear that the staff thoughtfully considered the logistics and layout but their action plan wasn't effective. It literally took more time to checkout than it took me to select my merchandise.

The sales associate was very professional .I didn't know exactly what i was looking for because it was my granddaughter 13th Birthday and she held me professional to choose something.

1More room needed to move around and distance from counters to register. 2Associate could have been friendlier and show interest in product. Though I had no issues. Quality to value. Many charms and bracelets overpriced for quality of silver. But that is Pandora.

immediate friendly service in greeting and helping us but the processive on ringing up the purchase and wrapping up the gift took more time than needed.

Quick in and out. They had what I wanted.
