I brought a rose gold heart charm for $90.00 a year ago... now the color has changed all the gold is rubbed off .I was told that there is nothing that can be done at the store... do I'm asking whoever is charge to advice me on my next step and what to do with the other rose gold charms and bracelets i doesn't thousands of dollars on .... why was I not warned that the colour will change if I had know I would have sick too the sliver.... please i would love if someone can teach out to me to tell me my next step... THank you

It was a very relaxed store only let a few people at a time , they did a great job scanning temperatures and limiting people in store, sales girl was very professional and friendly, very impressed with Pandora , this was my first visit and was very happy with it.

Sales staff pleasant and helpful. Store clean and I felt safe. Store was small so not easy to get around others.

I came for a bracelet and the united together charm and they had no more. As an emergency room nurse I really wanted to get this charm so I was very disappointed.

I don’t have any real negative feedback. The only thing is that a few more staff members on the floor would be nice because the employees were working so hard.

store was out of stock of most all charms I wanted to buy. not enough sales associates wait time was not horrible but still over 15 minutes.

I had to wait on line for a while. I had to wait to be taken care of and then I had to wait to pay. What the store should have is a computer system where who ever takes care of you is the same person that charges you so no one has to wait twice on 2 different lines.
