Overall wait time in line was long but, its normal. Everything overall was perfect, no complaints about store or staff. Good job and keep up the good work!!

This was the first time I shopped at Pandora. I cannot say “highly satisfied” with the quality of merchandise because it is a gift and I’m not sure how it will hold up. The manager seemed very nice and welcoming. The salesperson was nice enough, but not very engaging. We were unable to move about the store due to covid, so no browsing.

Being able to view merchandise right next to where I was standing. It was very inconvenient and time Consuming when I could have just looked at the display myself.

The salesperson was very nice and helpful but I was expecting the free item you were advertising with a purchase of 125 dollars or more, but you did not have any or ran out and was not offered anything else in its place I believe this is false advertisement and bad representation of your company.

There weren’t to many sellers in the store and I had to take a long line to get in the store and order what I needed, I was really tired of waiting because I already know what I wanted, but all the rest was perfect

Carolina helped me pick out my bracelet which was butterfly and flower themed . She was super sweet and made it easy to buy

The jewelry is Nice, and the customer service was fantastic. The quality of some of the jewelry was disappointing, and it does tarnish over time.

The associate was very pleasant.

We have to wait outside the store due the pandemic.
