Pandora Jewelry

It was a regular shopping experience nothing specific, it was what I'd expect during the holidays, it was extremely busy and the store and it's employees were working hard. That's all one can really ask for.

I asked the salesperson if they have 14k gold charms. She did not give me an answer and tried to sell me rose gold charms which are not 14 k gold. Luckily, I bought two silver charms that are on my sister-in-laws list. If they had 14 k gold charms in stock, they list $800 in sales. I will order them online.

I was very satisfied with my experience in the store at Pandora. They had what I was looking for.

I love the jewelry and the very fast customer service.

The COVID regulations did not make for a great experience it the sales people were great

It is small to the store. I understand that it is a measure due to COVID-19 , but a liked the free access. The chest should be cheaper

La actitud de la vendedora fue muy mala, muy poca paciencia, cero respeto y cuando se terminó la compra no me dijo ni gracias. Además, me estuvo ofreciendo otros productos para comprar y cuando le dije que solo me quedaba con uno, me puso mala cara. Pésima atención.

I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes outside the store and the selection of earrings I was interested in was small.

I was highly satisfied with my experience! I just don’t like the buy and pickup in store policy. I had to come in to the store because my order was canceled after 3 days. I’m a nurse & grad student. Ain’t nobody got time to follow a three day pickiup rule. I’m an amazing Pandora customer who has spent close to thousands on jewelry.
