Pandora Jewelry

One of the charms I wanted was only available as a display. The charm looked a bit used and lacked the luster of a brand new charm.

I was not highly satisfied with this Pandora Store in Stony Brook at Smith Mall because they didn’t have many rings available in my size. Plus the ring I wanted was not the price I anticipated it being.

Jada was very helpful at all times and very patient with me , she also offered the engraving charm that I wanted .

Only issues I had were that there was a bit of a longer wait. I think because I went during a promotion, there should have been more staff as people were getting off line. Also the charm I wanted my store did not have. The staff was great though and the store was clean.

because stuff could have been more friendly and helpful. i felt like i was being rushed and the stuff were getting frustrated for showing me several charms

I was offered multiple times a deal I said no to. I also didn't get the size of the product I wanted due to lack of supply. That was all.

I purchased the blue butterfly necklace and earring set and I was not satisfied bc of how small the butterfly’s were. It was nothing like how it was advertised online. It was still beautiful but for the $180 overall I spent of the set you would think that the charms would be big enough to notice. The prices are too high that’s why I will rarely go there and it’s not too likely I would recommend. Only would recommend if you have a lot of money and your willing to blow it
