Pandora Jewelry

I felt that I should have received a box & bag for my charm that I purchased but I was not given one. I also feel that the butterfly charm I purchased is overpriced, considering the size of it. Only because I really wanted it, is the only reason why I got it. I love butterflies.

the day after the visit at Pandora, I found out the gift card that was giving me a problem at Pandora was used somewhere along with the credit card I used in the store. The visit was on 3/4 and the cards were used the next day. It’s too much of a coincidence that both cards were used by someone the day after I used them at Pandora. I highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Pandora has beautiful quality jewelry. The stores are too small too often you have to wait on long lines to get in the store it's almost discouraging to want to shop

The sales associate started to help someone who was after me. I kindly pointed out I was next. The associate then helped me, while slamming down her tray, wouldn’t make eye contact and acted as if I were wrong to point out I was next. If I didn’t Need this gift for this weekend I would have walked out. Associate was rude!!!!

Associate didn’t know which stoppers went with what product. Was trying to force stoppers on that were wrong

The store is very well organized and clean. The lady helped me to find the item that I wanted. I didn’t have a problem but they took a while to find just one item, what is fine!

The sales rep Claudia G was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to help me select and coordinate the chain charm and additional charms to go with the necklace.
