Kevin S. was extremely helpful with assistaning me in finding earrings. His pleasant demeanor and willing attitude to do whatever he could was very pleasant. He is a great representative.

The salesperson Kevin, was very knowledgeable about the charms and even showed us two cancer charms that weren't on display yet when he noticed my pink leather Pandora bracelet with an older Pandora cancer charm. I bought one of them immediately. I also bought an Anniversary charm that I came in for. When I mentioned the clasp on that bracelet was loose and opened easily, I was given a new bracelet of the same type, it's Sterling silver with a heart shaped clasp.

I was highly satisfied because the associate Adriana cane right away to help me and my boyfriend. She also helped picked out my charms for my first pandora bracelet ever, she was really good because I love the charms they fit me well.

i was there with my mother picking out some charms for her braclet for her birthday gift and we had the best experience. The manager was great and also the two sales girls helped us both at differnt times that week and were just really great and cleanned and helped us make our braclet beautiful. There names were jennifer and adriana ! We cant wait to come back !

I love my rose gold bracelet. I am having a problem with the rubber pieces that go under the clasp to stop the beads from moving. They aren't working.
