The service was extremely quick and thourough. My girlfriend really liked the ring that I got her and the amount of different types and sizes of rings was immaculate. The staff were also really helpful

Very nice and efficient and made sure to let me know I need cups for my bracelet so I can complete my bracelet look and keep my charms for falling off!

Mainly because I came in to get 2 rings with missing stones fixed and they were replaced which I was happy with. The girl who checked me out was very nice (she was in training) but I do want to note that the manager who also helped me was a bit rude. She had an attitude about the problem with the stones. She did end up replacing them for me, but definitely could have been nicer about it.
