The sales associate was the sweetest, kindest, most accommodating person I’ve ever encountered in a jewelry store. She helped me with sizing and was so quick to help me exchange my ring for sizing. She was knowledgeable about the benefits of buying from Pandora and just made the experience a breeze. Will definitely return there for all of my jewelry from now on!

My recent experience to the Pandora store at Greenwood Park Mall in Greenwood, IN was a positive experience. Usually, I purchase my items online, but I wanted to see a few pieces in person. I am glad that I visited this location last week. Ashley P. was the sales associate who assisted me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave excellent customer service. She was patient with me when I wanted to look at a couple of pieces. I was not going to purchase anything until I saw the pieces in person. I purchased the Han Solo and Princess Leia Star Wars charm and the Sparkling Freehand Heart earrings. Overall, the store was clean and very well organized. The team members working that day were friendly. I will definitely visit this location in the future.
