I had never been to a Pandora. I received a gift card for Christmas and was so excited to purchase my first bracelet. Our associate was totally rude and wouldn’t answer any of questions. She was clearly having a horrible day and didn’t want to be there

Very unprofessional sales person. Seemed bothered when asked to look at pieces. Was whispering something to another sales person -/ we were moving around the display cases and when eye contact was made she made it like oh I will help them to the other sales person. She seemed annoyed because we were wanting to look at charms after we couldn’t find the size ring that we wanted to purchase for a birthday gift. Mentioned to her that I didn’t want to spend over $50 So when we were looking for charms she just seemed bothered with having to look through the trays and I honestly didn’t even want to ask her to pull out another tray. Maybe she should not be working as a customer service sales person.

I bought a bracelet yesterday and it broke today

I went here to get my wife her first pandora bracelet for our anniversary on Black Friday. Registers were down so we were told to put it on hold and come back tomorrow and they would give us the 35%. We come back the next day and the cashier rings us up and tells us the total as she swipes the card. I mention that didnt have the discount applied she said "Yes it does." I tell her that if you add up the numbers it does not, to which she replies "Well I scanned the code". She gets a assistant manager who has to refund the whole purchase - this locked up over $100 of the funds on my debit card till Monday. And then after attempting to prove us wrong that the discount was applied by taking out a calculator he then tells us its because that collection that we have been pitched/sold/ and encouraged to buy by two of his employees isnt part of the 35% and we can repurchase it or pick something else. Also according to the manager he cant do anything. So we left with nothing but a pending charge till Monday. We will not be purchasing from this store or potentially anystore. Your employees dont know your promotions, faulty registers, and waste of time on what should have been a moment for us.

I got home and found out there was a big discount on line. If that is the case then why would I ever buy from a store. The clerk did not know that much about the products she was selling. I would think that store sales staff would be sufficiently trained to answer questions. Going on line would have been great, but I could not get passed the checkout. I was ordering several items. There must have been an overload of online shoppers. My last complaint is that the cleaning cloth should be free when I spent over two hundred dollars at the store. I'm so disappointed with Pandora at this point.
