the associate that was helping us seemed extremely uninterested. not only that, but we were there picking a gift for my MOTHER IN LAW with my BROTHER IN LAW and my HUSBAND. she would not stop saying "here's a mother son one" hello? we're clearly all in there looking TOGETHER. why would she make someone feel so uncomfortable like that? extremely unprofessional, as she was doing that, my husband asked if we could just have a minute to look ourselves, she would not let us at all and kept pulling the mother son ones out. i used to love shopping at pandora but that lady had completely ruined it for me

limited amount of products they kept the products beneath the glass this was disturbing and made my shopping experience unpleasant being treated as a thief while spending hundreds is unacceptable

The promotion was if you spend over $125 you received a gift which was some sort of leather Pandora bag. My order that was ordered was $130 plus I purchased a second breakfast for $65 so 2 transactions and no gift. I seen the other 2 associates hand them over to customers but my associate told me I didn’t qualify. I found out through my email receipt about the promotion and that I was qualified. I was not about to get into a shouting match over who right and who wrong. I just won’t visit location again because you don’t discriminate on customers period.

I have a ring I purchases which is faded and because I wore it she would not replace it even tho it's on warranty. It's not right I just bought the ring and not satisfied with the color but she wouldn't return it

The lights from the store were completely off. I picked up a gift with a very hard time looking at the merchandise. Even when I addressed it the associate did not turn on the lights for me. Perhaps because it was almost time to close (6:50pm)

I understand the precautions taken because of covid19, but to not let anyone in the store at all is ridiculous. I would have bought more if I had been allowed to walk around and see product. I would not go there again and just do online shopping from now on.

I went into my local store because the item I wanted was out of stock online. The saleswoman wouldn't add the same sale(25% off) to my order that was advertised online. I had to wait about ten minutes before anyone said something to me in the store.

Only 1 cashier, she was ridiculously slow. I waited in line for 20 minutes with only two people in front of me. When the sixth person in line started complaining they finally brought someone else to check people out.

On-line purchase was not what I ordered. Charm was out of stock so they charged me and sent me a charm I did not pick out or order.
