The quality of your product is very bad. The product should be created so customers wear it not just on special occasions. The price is ridiculous for the cheap product.

After I told the sale representative what I was looking for she didn’t even take me to variety selections. She brung one piece to me at a time, also made me feel like my money wasn’t as good as the next. I didn’t have that “welcome to Pandora” energy.

I was shopping for a gift for Christmas but I was shocked at the ridiculously expensive price for the charms. In my mind they are definitely not worth the expense.

The young lady that waited on us never smiled and she was the most unfriendly person ever to wait on us. We knew what we came in for, I have several of these charms but she was awful and we should have left.

I had gone back to pandora to get a new ring because my old one didn’t fit anymore. When my boyfriend and i got there we had to wait about 10 minutes to get helped and no one was even in the store. the employees were just talking to each other. i had explained to the person that my ring no longer fit and i needed a new one and she was a little rude about it.

I was disappointed I could not pay with a check and the sales associate looked at me like an alien becauseI wanted to pay by check. I had to spend several minutes logging into my bank to transfer funds and the sales associate was not pleased but neither was I.
