I was told by an employee a ring was $90 so I️ purchased it but the ring was more than that but I️ saw it on the receipt after I️ had already checked out. I️ love the products, however. The lady was kind, just made a mistake.

The prices were a little steep for my budget. I wasn't greeted right when I walked in. Kind of just walked around until someone offered to assist me. It wasn't very busy.

The promotion was over before I could get to the store and I didn't see the small print that it ended 11/27/17. Was not able to purchase the green soft jewelry box without buying the whole gift set.

I had to wait about 15 min for someone to help me. Only a couple employees for the season is not acceptable. Only thing that made me not be completely satisfied.

I went in to get a replacement ring for the one I had that broke. The ring was more expensive then the first time I bought the ring.

I was not greeted upon entering the store nor did anyone come up to me. I was actually the first person to speak and ask for assistance. This was my first time purchasing Pandora and entering one of your stores. It would have been nice if someone would have walked me through the process, explained the merchandise, cleaning and store your merchandise, etc. I might have purchased a gift set or the care kit in addition to my purchase if someone would have just spent few more minutes with me.

You have no sport charms!! We have females in the family very involved in athletics, and it makes no sense that you have discontinued charms for basketball, football, etc.!! Very disappointed in that!

The wait outside to get into the store took over 45 mins and only allowing 3-4 people in at a time was the largest issue

How do I unsubribe? I was told that if I gave my email it was to be used for warranty & return issues only! Now I am getting daily sales promotions from you. I have been lied to by your staff. Unless you take me off your list, I will never purchase another pandora product again
