Well, I really wanted to purchase the new Mother's Day Knotted Heart Bracelet and had gone to the store the Thursday before their event on 5/4/2019 to see if they would be receiving the bracelet and they said yes. Unfortunately that Saturday the said they only received 1 bracelet in the smallest size and did not know when they would get more in. I really wanted to purchase this.

There are not to many options to purchase a new product. Some prices shouldn’t be that high, otherwise everything is perfect.

Product was of very good quality. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t take a check. The following day, my wife was walking the mall and observed a wider selection of bracelet charms on display in the store window. She thought some of those looked nicer then what we bought. Personnel should be aware of where all such items are located in the store, not what is located in the in store counter display!

I would’ve purchased a necklace to match the earrings, but it seemed like the store didn’t have anymore in stock. I think the earrings were from Valentine’s Day gift set.

I don't think the associates thought we were going to buy anything. One did tell us about the Valentine's line and showcase items.

I asked to have my bracelets cleaned while I shopped. The return time was 24 hours.

Waiting in line just to get told when I got in, there was nomore black leather bracelets so I just bought something else so I wouldn’t feel like i wasted my time.
