Well, I had to ask about the promotion to make sure it was being offered in the store. I had to remind the associate to include the promotional item when he handed me my purchase. But associate was helpful otherwise.

when I walked in I was not greeted right away. Instead I got stared at for a few moments. Upon saying what I was looking for the sales associate (a young girl maybe early 20s) assisted me. She pulled out the rings in my size and every time I asked to see another or try on another to see how it would fit she got more and more irritated. I did end up purchasing something but I was on the fence about spending any money there at all because of her attitude.

The associate's were very friendly and tried to be of assistance with a problem that occurred on a previous visit. Even though the problem couldn't be solved by them they were willing to try and I appreciated it.

Very disappointed that the last chance charms were not available in stores and sales associate told me I had to look online for them. Very limited on the charms to chose from before there was a bigger variety.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the workers were really welcoming and nice. I visited the Rockford Cherry Vale mall looking for a promise ring and I left with my boyfriend buying the perfect one for me due to the wonderful workers. They were super friendly and I liked that when I asked certain questions they were able to help and that were patient with my indecisiveness.
