It would have been nice to have the sales associate offer some suggestions, although I pretty much knew what I wanted to purchase. I might have purchased additional items. Anytime the associate can offer suggestions, it's the power of suggestion that causes you to make a purchase you hadn't thought about. Overall, I was happy that product was available as I had checked on line to see if available at this store and I used the website as my guide to tell the associate what I wanted.

The line/wait were very long. The selection of charms on hand for my bracelets was limited. The bracelet I wanted was out of stock in the store.

Today was a very busy day due to the Black Friday sale. Because of that the variety of charm was not as large as I would have expected. The service was very good and Mason was a great help.

When I walked in the sales associate immediately helped me, asked multiple questions about what I was looking for, offered to show and display all charms.
