Out of a lot of items. Sales associate had to check several trays to look for the items we were interested in. Limited rings.

I shopped a week after Mother's Day, so store stock was somewhat depleted. So, I had to purchase from what was available. Some items weren't available to me.

Had to wait a long time to enter the store due to limited access (pandemic nonsense). And you couldn't just look at the merchandise without the associate having to bring it to you (again pandemic nonsense).

I just wish the first person we spoke with was more welcoming. But the representative who I ended up buying the bracelets and charms from ended up being very nice

My daughter bought a bracelet for me. I had to exchange for a bigger size. The associate told me about a promotion you have upcoming. I'll definitely be there for Mother's Day to purchase.

There was not a big selection of jewelry. The jewelry I wanted was sold out. I just expected there to be more options.

I really liked how the store was very clean and not too packed. I was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. I liked how they have a wide variety of items to choose from.
