I was satisfied fully. I was also thinking about getting another piece when I received the welcome email. Although the coupon code I was sent is invalid which is weird cuz I just received it yesterday. So I will wait to order.

The Pandora Me collection is most to my liking, though I do like my original bracelet. I would prefer to see more items that look tailored and less glittery.

I placed an on line order to pickup but the discount had t been included. I had the manager cancel the order and I ended up ordering more items and the manager gave me a manual discount. It wasn’t until I checked my credit card did I see the discalunt actually was applied

I bought my wife a charm a few years ago. It is now retired. The charm broke. Since it is retired and your stores don’t do repairs, I had to go to another jeweler and pay to have it fixed. I would’ve expected that a brand like Pandora would stand behind its product and taken care of fixing or replacing.

I was not satisfied because I had to wait in line outside the store almost 30 mins, the selection was limited, and a bracelet that I previously bought is defective.

It was an easy quick purchase & I loved how much helpful they was when I skied for help ! Products seems very good quality , just I wished they have diamonds selections .

I went in to replace a bracelet that I had gotten as a gift & had tried to clean with silver polish (not knowing that my "silver" bracelet wasn't Real silver) I damaged the bracelet & some of the charms pretty bad. I asked about the 50% Sale that was going on & she showed me some bracelets.. I asked about the "silver bracelet with RoseGold clasp & she said that it was on sale also... When the bill was over $100.00 for the bracelet & a cleaning cloth, I didn't question it, but left after the purchase (I'd already had a very bad morning & just wanted to get back home) I'm happy with the bracelet & that some of my charms came out pretty good after she cleaned them, but am wondering why I didn't get my 50% off a $90.00 bracelet?
