I was greeted promptly when I came in. I had a 100.00 gift card to use. Maria took me to the charm section and explained the types they had to offer. I wanted the charm grips for the ends.I explained that the bracelet was a gift from my employer for 20 years of service. I only wear blue sapphires and diamonds on my hands so we chose the blue stones and then they ( Gaby) asked me questions about myself I mentioned I was goi g through a divorce but they couldn't help with a charm for that. We looked through a lot of trays. There wasa silver and blue charm with I love you to the moon and back. That really touched me because last Christmas I gave both of my grand daughters necklaces with that on them. I was very happy with my choices and the girls made it fun. Thank you Ruth Putney.

It was great because I was greeted. I also had someone who knew exactly what I was looking for. She was able to help me get sized and all.

Danielle was very sweet and knew all the correct information on questions we had on certain items. The store was very clean and well organized. As well as Danielle, the other associates were very friendly and encouraged us to try on rings we were interested in!

Lesly was very helpful in finding and suggesting items for my consideration. Because I use charms on a necklace, it would have been helpful to have a small hand held or counter mirror to view myself instead of having to go across the store to the wall mirror each time I wanted to consider an item. And since I had already done some shopping I had several bags ( and purse) that had to be carried across the store or left unattended on the floor.

Pandora is Awesome.

I really enjoy the experience that i recieved st this Pandora.. My mom love her gift, we will be back
