The two sales girls very friendly and very helpful

My Pandora associate was knowledgeable about the merchandise and she remembered my last two purchases. Because of this she was able to recommend items that would accent items I have already purchased. She was well informed about the products and was able to steer me to items that are on sale and items that would give me opportunity at future savings of either interest or discounted merchandise.

I was greeted when I entered the store and there was a Pandora rep - Mason - available to assist me very quickly. He also had a good suggestion to get clips for the leather bracelet I was purchasing for a gift so the charms would not move around so much. The one clip he suggested there was only 1 clip so we did have to find another style that had 2 clips available since I need the bracelet for that evening.

The person who helped me was very helpful. There was so many charms to see!
