First time shoppers. Had no idea what to expect. Sales associate went above and beyond to explain the situation and how it works. So we built a bracelet with charms.

I was satisfied with how friendly the servuce was. I liked how the merchandise was displayed. The pricing of the merchandise was reasonable.

There were three people who ended up helping me because the store slowed down a little and they were all awesome! Mason the store manager, Chris, and I think her name was Holly. They were all so friendly and genuine during the transaction and they made it easy for me to shop here. I bought a bracelet for my mom and they helped me pick out the perfect bracelet. 10 out of 10 in my book! They should get a raise for how well they did!

The sales associate was very friendly and went out of here way to make sure we were gettin exactly what we wanted. We even recommended a friend go and see her the next day and she said tell them to ask for me and i will gladly help! She was such a joy to be around

The staff was very friendly, and promptly greeted me when I entered the store. It is the Christmas rush and the place was packed with people. The staff seemed to be hustling yet still having fun!

Everyone working at the store that night was amazingly friendly and helpful. I found multiple things I liked but ended up settling on a ring after getting help and opinions from my boyfriend and the folks working there.
