The service and sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable with every question or concerns I had regarding the merchandise.

I was really taken away by how fast our jeweler (Jesus) was there to take care of us and show us a plethora of different rings and earrings to choose from. I was delighted and honored to have this place supply me and my girlfriend our promise rings for our one year anniversary!!

My first visit and awasome purchase

I experienced great customer service from two associates. A lady named Alma and a gentleman named Mason! They were fantastic and very helpful with me finding what I was looking for. I recommend that you keep them there! Thanks again for your quality service as well as quality products!!

The personal was Friendly and they provided a grate service on offering me some good choices for the charm that i was planning to give my mom as a present.

Products, merchandise and service

I was looking to having my Pandora charms engraved for my granddaughters Christmas gift. The Pandora at Cherryvale Mall in Rockford was great. Ended up getting 5 bracelets for the 5 charms I had. Deer Park was also helpful on the phone.
