Pandora Jewelry

I have been interested in pandora jewelry for quite a while but have not been in a store or reviewed what was available up close. The sales people were very helpful in answering my questions and gave suggestions based on my likes and what would be good matches. Did not feel rushed while looking at so many charms.

My boyfriend originally purchased my bracelet online from jareds. The size wasn't right so we went to the mall but couldn't find a Jared for the exchange. Thankfully there was a Pandora at that location. We were unsure if we'd be able to do the exchange, given it was purchased from a different jewelry store. It was fast and a lot easier than I expected. We got the right size at no cost and exchanged a bead that didn't fit!!! Very please with this experience. They were so polite and very helpful.

The selection is outstanding and the service is outstanding. The location is convenient. The quality is great.

Rosa assisted me and was knowledgeable and very helpful. Despite the post-holiday timing, the store was well-stocked and organized. The questions I came in with were answered and I found just the right Pandora product to solve my dilemma.

The store is very clean and organized. Sales staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are a bit high for charms but I do love Pandora.

I went into the store knowing what I wanted. The store was busy, but someone greeted me right away to let me know they would be with me as soon as possible. When it was my turn, I told Kristen what I wanted and she knew exactly where the two items were located, and pulled them out, putting them on my bracelet for me. Then, before taking me to the cashier, she told me about the sale and offered me the list of sale items. Very nice store, nice clerks! Great experience!
