The sales associate, James, was very friendly and he searched all over for some of the charms we were looking for and apologized multiple times for not having a few that we wanted in stock. He noticed my daughter's bracelet was a little big and took the time to search for the color bracelet she wanted in a smaller size, as well as moving the charms each time. His customer service skills were superb, he didn't make us feel like we were a trouble at all.

Kelly was so nice and helped me to pick out the best deals at a great price. I couldn't be happier with my visit.

I really love this store , it has very beautifully jewelry and I love that it has a varieties to choose from. From the first time I purchased a ring from there I fell in love with it because the quality of material of the ring is great and it never looks bad. Also the diamonds are amassing and I love them and I will for sure come back . I love going in Pandora and checking out the new products they have.
