When I first walked in the store I was overwhelmed from the cleaning this and the employees they welcomed me with open arms so professional so kind and so Pacific for every question that I asked him I love it I love Pandora

They did not have a lot of items in stock. Also I feel there should be a wider variety of sale items

Sales person was very friendly. It was my second visit and I was somewhat unsure re the items I would purchase. She was patient and the ownership of my discomfort was entirely on myself.

I was satisfied with my experience in the store. I arrived 30 mins before the store closed and was treated as the store just opened. The associate Jazzmine was very helpful and gave me great service.

I love pandora

Not very friendly,had to ask if I could have my bracelet cleaned. Felt like I was bothering the associates. Only two charms to choose from...

This particular Pandora location was not as clean or arganized as others I have been to. The atmosphere was different and therefore, the shopping experience was too. I always look forward to going to Pandora, and my previous visits to this location have been amazing. Perhaps they were just in transition.

would have expected displays in the front to be moved since it's already hectic trying to get in the store since it was the holidays. also have a sign to let people know they need to leave name with someone at the door

It had nothing to do with the store; it was crowded due to Christmas. The clerk stated that she hadn’t worked in a while and was not familiar with the location of some items. N/A
