Pandora is a best gift for all occasions and really recommendable. The selections are wide enough to take our pick that would suit the user.

I rated this Pandora store “Highly Satisfied” because the friendliness of the salesperson, her great customer service skills, and the atmosphere of the store. Stephanie was very nice and was didn’t seemed bothered when I couldn’t make up my mind with the color of the charms. When I was finished selecting my charms and she went to get my free jewelry case, she asked if I wanted to look at the jewelry case to make sure it was perfect. Stephanie noticed there was a problem with the zipper ring and got another jewelry case. She completed my transaction and I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

The sales associate (Robert) was patient and helpful. Pandora was also having a great sale which is always helpful. Selection was great

It was my first time in pandora and it was also my very first purchase. I felt a little confused at the concept just because it was sterling silver. I asked questions like "can I shower with my bracelet on?" and "do i just bring in my bracelet if it's scratched?" All the workers there were friendly and nice and they gave me as much detail as I should know.

I think the sales person was very nice, professional and patient with our needs. My mom and I were looking through a lot of charms and she was extremely patient with us. Guess my only disappointment (which was not the fault of the associate) is that I know Pandora was giving out holiday ornament if customers spend $125 or more. Both my mom and I spent about $170 each, but the store ran out of ornaments. I asked if we go to another Pandora store and show our receipt, if we can get an ornament and the manager said no. I felt that if were spending that much, we can at least feel appreciated by calling a different Pandora location, I can then go to that location and pick up the nice ornament that I thought is a nice souvenir for me. My mom has purchased her bracelet and charms there before, but it was MY first time. But I we were turned down. Boo! Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff are accommodating. Location is good. Items are nice.
