I went in to pick up an order and browsed around. The associate Crystal showed me the newer ring collection and I fell in love with a ring. Crystal was very kind, patient and friendly. I wanted to try the next size up of a ring that wasn’t available at this location so she was very sweet enough to call another location and have them hold it for me!! Will definitely be back!!

The woman at Trumbull mall, her name was Crystal. She was awesome. It was my first time ever being in Pandora and she was a great help.

The associate Lisbeth listened to what I wanted . I had a budget, she showed me things in that price range and other options . I went in for one charm and left with two.

The associate was very helpful with her suggestions and understood what I wanted my bracelet to look like
