Pandora Jewelry

I went to this Pandora store looking to buy earrings that I thought were part of a promotional sale but they weren't. That's why I ended up buying three charms. This is the reason I did not choose highly satisfied.

I was very satisfied but my daughter complained that the bracelet kept pinching her that why I exchanged it

I was interested in a item from the Timeless Elegance set which I came back to purchase today, then I was told the store doesn't have it and I'd have to visit another store 15 mins away. I'm just visiting therefore I don't drive to visit another store and I'm very disappointed in not getting what I came to purchase

Everything was great, I just think that the items were a bit overpriced for what I got. Overall the experience with Jailene G. was good. She was understating and patient.

Well upon one visit I called to see if they had a certain item, I was told that they did, so when I went to purchase it, I was told that they hadn't received the item yet, on another day i was looking for a 45cm chain which is 17 inches I was told that 50cm was the shortest chain they sell besides the choker but of course that information was wrong, on another visit I went to return a few items and was given a hard time because they believed that the items were worn, some of the ladies that work there are excellent in their customer service skills and some need to be retrained

Many charms weren't available and had to chose other charms

The price

The store is too small, and it's to hard to walk around and see the merchandise while waiting for an associate. The merchandise on sale this year was tto limited. I was intended to buy more, but there was not much as showed om the website.

That was a very big line witch not bottle me and my sister at all, We were already expecting that during the time We went. Although there was not more seasons charms available in store the sales lady was very friendly. She did a great job find something else for us. But, before waited in line for payment, I asked the cashier to make my payment separated from my sister and she told me it was faster if did all together, even I understand that I still wanted to do separate payments, so I told her. Not satisfied she had to tell me again that was faster do it together. Once more I told her that I didn’t. And she insisted for one more time that if did it together will be faster. I understood the first time she told me that, but I waited in line like everybody else, I didn’t cut anybody’s front. She made me very unconfortable, that was a couple right next me listening this very embarrassing situation. I did not liked at all
