Valerie was great, we talked about my choices and how my bracelet tells my story. She made suggestions for future purchases. We even discussed making purchases for friends and family with Mother's Day coming. And she got a great assist from Tracy. These ladies made the shopping experience so worth the ride.

She is very friendly, she knows her stuff when it comes to Pandora jewelry and she gave me good advice about my purchase, meaning she listened to what I was saying. Customer service is a big thing to me and she delivered great service, great conversation, and a pleasurable experience. Fantastic person to work with!

I was looking for a chain for a pendant I have. I called the store ahead of time to see if they had what I was looking for. Andrea pulled two chains, explained the best way to find the store in the mall - which I really appreciated - and was a great help once I got to the store.

Jessica was extremely friendly and attentive from the moment that I walked in. She was patient and showed me various pieces and was knowledgeable of all the merchandise. There was another lady, possibly the manager, which was just as friendly and attentive. I had a great experience and would go back.

Andrea’s depth of knowledge overall regarding the caring for and extending the life and original charm appearance. Staff were very patient videoing and accounting for the charms to be left for cleaning. Wow, who does that?! Thanks 🙏🏿

The quality of pandora is very good for the price they sell for. I love the designs Pandora has to offer as well, I will definitely come back and purchase something else soon!
