I was so Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience, because when I walked through the door, Sales Associate Kennedy B. No. 233761 was the only one who said I'll help you. This was after I signed in.

Right away as you walk in you're greeted and helped one on one by an associate. They were very polite and friendly. It was one of the nicest experiences I have ever had at Pandora.

It appeared the merchandise I was looking for was not available. The sales associate went out of her way to find it. It turned out it was part of a retired collection and on sale. This helped tremendously with my purchase, and I actually bought earrings and a charm to match. I had only intended to buy one item.

Andrea was amazing! I fell in love with the emerald ring when I saw it online but my size was not available. The item I wanted was in stock in my size and Andrea helped me find other items that complement what I already have, and I am excited to return to the store this weekend. Andrea cleaned my bracelet for me and it looks like a new one.

There was enough customer service assistance ,therefore, minimum wait time. The customer service I had Ashlei M No# 198489 was very efficient, knowledgeable, patient, & most of all very helpful. I thnk she should be acknowledge for having such great customer service skills and very helpful ehich is an asset to your company.
