My mom is a very hard customer to please. She came in ready to buy some products and make sure she was satisfied. She was indecisive between a couple charms. Gisselle was very kind and informative thought out the whole thing. We were there for about 2.5 hours. My mom kept telling her to show her charms and Giselle was nice the whole time. She never showed any type of annoyance like some others do. She was very very sweet and gave her professional opinion every time my mom requested it. My mom was very please and we both got out of there super happy with our new Pandora bracelets and charms. I’ve never seen my mom so pleased with a purchase before. We can’t wait to go on another shopping spree to Pandora.
