The sales associate wasn’t helpful at all. I felt rushed. The manager didn’t do what ever it to keep her customer happy. Horrible horrible service.

bought a charm yesterday and ended up deciding to return it. service took forever on the first visit and the associate wasn't very friendly. went today and took forever to get service yet again. both the manager and sales associate were very rude. definitely will not be shopping at this location.

I just visited the Pandora location in the Dallas galleria Mall to exchange a damaged item. The stone of the ring I had purchased was not correctly placed, when the ring was worn it looked as if the stone was missing. I went in to go exchange it and the manager Shayna was extremely rude. As I’m explaining what is wrong with the item she is rolling her eyes and then goes to tell her store clerk that there is nothing wrong with the ring that it is just my lighting. When both the store clerk and I saw that the ring I was given was in fact damaged. As a manager she should have a better attitude towards her customers and not act as if it kills her to be there. The store clerk Stefania was great, she even apologized to me for her managers disrespectful behavior.

this is my first time shopping at pandora. I walked in with my friends, looking at first, as we were looking associate carin came to help, we looked at rings and we were trying on rings, after trying on rings she said "the store is busy and I have other people to help." That was very disrespectful to my friends and I. After trying on the ring I wanted to purchase she put it back. I told her I wanted to purchase it and she said "oh really?" When I was checking out she was very sweet.. after she knew I was purchasing something. Next time she shouldn't be judgmental, everyone looks and tries on things before they buy.
