All employees were Rude, and experienced a high volume of discrimination! Felt unwelcome and no worthy enough to purchase items at pandora.

The sales lady who helped us acted as if we were bothering and inconveniencing her. Not only was she being extremely rude, but she didn’t offer to help us find what we were looking for so we basically just had to walk around the entire store looking at every product they had. After asking her where were the birthday charms she finally helped us by showing us the selection and then asked which one did we want and totaled out our order still acting like we were getting on her LAST NERVE! After handing us the bag she simply came from around the counter to walk us out without saying anything. Not even a simple thank you have a good day, see you next time, nothing just silence and ushered us out. Thank you Michelle for being the rudest person to ever help me at any Pandora.

The service I received was very rude and not helpful at all. I needed help to find a ring and she gave me a book and said look for it yourself. I pointed it out on the window glass which one. But still made me look for it in the book. Then I told her it wasn’t in the book. And then that’s when I had to show her again and and she looked in the box for it. It was lazy and the worst customer service I’ve ever had and it was my first time being there.

Paid over price for a Texas state charm. Once I got home I realized the charm was missing a gemstone/rhinestone. The purchase was done at galleria Dallas mall and the next day I attempted to return it at NorthPark Center mall however the lady stated it can only be done in the same Pandora location. So I will now be obliged to return to the same mall to return/exchange the charm.

I went to the Pandora in the Galleria Mall of Dallas. Get to the store, sign on door states will return in 30 mins out for lunch. It was more like 40 mins. It was 3 sales associates in the store. I’m not understanding why all 3 had to take lunch at the same time. Very inconvenient. There’s a line outside the store. It took aleast 8 mins for them to open the store back up after the return from lunch.

Sales Person Jenny is so rude person I ever met. Her behavior was so inappropriate and not welcomed I think she hates her job.

I visited this store to pick up an online order. The products did not meet my expectation. Instead of an exchange the associate informed me that I had to make a new transaction. She then informed me that she cannot honor the online price or coupon so I would have to replace the order online. She then gave me incorrect instructions on what to purchase online. After waiting 45 mins for the online order to come into the que she then informed me that it was incorrect. Lastly, due to the frustration and awful customer service I paid the store price to get my item in store regardless of the price. This was a bad experience and I would not recommend this store to anyone. Both managers and sales associate showed my sister and I the worst customer experience.
