The girl who helped me was rude. I tried to ask about charms she acted like I was stupid. I still purchased a necklace but she was rude still.

I had to get earrings and when I did, we were there before a few customers. The employees chose to ignore me and continue to work with everyone else and when I started to get frustrated they started getting upset with me especially this one employee. I didn’t get her name but she was catching an attitude.

The sales woman was very rude, acted like she hated her job. Then totally ignored us when working with us to help her coworker with their customer. Both sales people talked down to us when we had questions. I was buying a gift for my mother, and the entire experience was ruined. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

The customer service at thus location was horrible. I came with my friend to get her a new charm for b-day and to get her bracelet cleaned. The girl who helped us has no personality at all and didn't show us a variety of charms. We had to play the guessing game with her. The manager said they don't clean bracelets on the weekends due to being busy. But it wasn't busy inside the store at all. There were 3 customers in the store and that included me and my friend. There was a about 6 girls working in the store standing around talking and you can't clean our bracelets due to being busy. What a joke. There was no one in the store to be helped but us. The staff here to do better. The Pandora stand at Macy's did way better jib and even cleaned the bracelet without questioned.

The sales associate who helped was very unprofessional honestly made me feel like i could not afford anything. I was simply just asking about warranty on product and just kept telling me “pandora exchange”. I honestly did not care for my item to be exchanged i was simply asking a question. Never again will i be coming to this location, north park location is far the most better at answering my question and making me feel more valued!

One of the girls there was so rude and disrespectful to her coworker who was trying to help us pick a ring out. Made us VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with how nasty she was talking to her coworker.

I have no complaints about the jewelry, I didn’t find what I was looking for which that was not a problem I understand , what I was really unhappy about was the associate, my receipt says her name is Tracy .When I first arrived I told her about looking for a different size ,she wasn’t friendly at all, then I asked her if it was possible to change it for a different model since I saw something I really liked unfortunately the model I was looking for didn’t have my size I asked her if it was possible to order it online she said “No , you can go to another store if you want” and then she asked me in front of my husband if he bought it for me which I said yes and she said “well you shouldn’t be exchanging it since he bought it for you it should be special “ she was very rude tru all my visit, her comment made me feel very uncomfortable I also work for customer service and being friendly with customers should be a requirement all the time .It doesn’t matter if it’s for a sale or a exchange

First of all upon entering the store nobody spoke, smiled or tried to assist me. Finally a Hispanic young lady offered me the charm catalog but the 4 or 5 African American females that work there did not speak or acknowledge me. I was in awe of their unfriendliness. I do not know how or why the work in customer service because the lack of customer service skills shows! Either they don't care about customers or they need more training. Pandora you should monitor their interaction or lack of interaction with your customers and I guarantee you that you will not be pleased. They are the faces of your brand and they have the ability to make or break a sale. You would be so disappointed in the individuals that you have chosen to work in your store. I will definitely be contacting corporate office today and I will never shop in this location again nor refer them. Next time I will purchase something from Zales. My suggestion is that you clean house asap
