My sales person was not friendly and extremely lazy. I went and had the 2 pieces I wanted picked out, with SKU. Sales person said Ok and got the 2 pieces, did not show them to me or even offer. When checking out she handed me the tablet to fill in my information. That is her job, her only job. I will go to Jared or order from Amazon in the future.

They had 3 sales rep and no one greeted us or tried to help. They all ignored us like if we didnt have money to buy anything. Finally when we asked Amy O. if we could get help she had a whole attitude and was mad we asked for help and kept slamming her doors everytime she would show us something.Also when i wanted to look at a disney ring she looked at me like if i was stupid and said with a remark “ thats disney items” like if i wasnt allowed to buy that.

This was the worse human experience from all three employees on staff during my visit. If I did not the necklace at that time, I would have made a better selection and taken my business elsewhere. I will never return to this location, and I have shared my experience with colleagues to shop elsewhere.

I had to wait in line for an hour and when you get to the front you realize they are only 3 people in the store and on top of that I was not welcomed or asked anything.

The associate was rude, didn’t help me and just gave me the book to chose from there and went to attend another person that was after I enter to the store and spend 30 minutes with other costumer while make me wait

The sales associates in the store were very unkind and not friendly. I waited outside the store, as the sign asked customers to, and when the associate noticed me, she acted as if I was an idiot for not just coming in. Then, when I asked her a question about where the rings were, she said there wasn’t a designated space. But then when I turned to look around, she once again treated me like an idiot and said all the rings where in a certain display (so not sure why she said there wasn’t a specific spot to begin with). When I went over to the rings, she took away one of the trays, and said the other ones were what was available to me. When I asked her about the other tray, she said it was by size, so if I knew what size I was looking for I could see that specific tray. She was very rude and did not explain the tray/size organization at all, then once again treat me like I was stupid for even asking. This was the worst costumer service experience I have ever experienced. I considered returning the ring I bought right then and there for how she continued to treat me during the entire transaction. Very disappointing. I will not be returning to that location.
