There were no pricing under the jewelry so it was hard to choose. The sales associate should have pull out the catalog in the beginning so I can choose from it. Not at the end.

Ordene en línea, las pulseras no fueron de mi tamaño muy pequeñas, fui a la tienda, por querer cambiarlas a mi tamaño, solamente hubo una que pude, la otra no había de mi tamaño. La chica dijo que no podía cambiarlo por otro estilo, ni tampoco que podría ser devuelto en esa tienda. A esto lo vi algo ilógico.

The sales associate wasn’t the best. It seemed as she just didn’t want to be there. When I asked for suggestions, she wouldn’t give me any on which rings to stack. Her face wasn’t welcoming, never smiled - seemed like she was there just to do a job that she hated.

Associate was rude, didn't know much of anything and while i was trying to ask for help she was having a good old conversation with her coworker. Every time she was asked something she would say" I don't know".

The sales associates was not in a good mood and seemed like she didnt even want to help. I was asking for the sale promo going on and she just rolled her eyes, and when I was asking about some availability shown in the web page she just said that they didnt have that, but didnt even check. It looked like she didnt want to move a finger.

The associate was not friendly. She never smiles. I told her that I would like to buy a Pandora bracelet for my friend but I was not familiar with any of the types they carry in store. I wanted to know more about the material, the product sustainability, how to clean and care for the product, but she was not helpful at all. She said,” the bracelets are over there” I did not know that you buy clips for the bracelet, apart from the charms. It was as if she doesn’t want to sell. I could barely get any information from her. I had to ask so many questions just to get her to speak few words. Communication was very difficult with the salesperson and the poker face she gave, made me want to leave the store. I would have left from the first minute I talked to her, but I needed to buy a gift for my friend, since she was moving this week to another state. I ended up spending $184 and she told me about the offer of the free bracelet as I was paying, but she said the bracelets are large sized. I asked if there is a way, I could get a bracelet my size from another store and it took me a lot of perseverance to make her check for me if they are available in stores.

The associate that helped me out was verona at the galleria location she had a very bad additude. Kept speaking to me in spanish when i wasnt speaking spanish only english. When i asked her for prices of the rings she would roll her eyes and tell me to hold on. Very rude. While i saw that other associates had a smile and would talk to customers. Verona did not. Her additude would make me and my niece not buy anything.
