The salesperson helping us did not speak more than two words our entire time in there. They did not say excuse me when navigating through the store. They often did not seem to understand what I was asking, & failed to answer some of my questions regarding the merchandise. Needed customer assistance during merchandise try-ons, as their nails prevented them from opening & closing clasps.

Way over the top with Covid. Stand in line right next to people less than 2 feet away then go inside sanitize them everyone touches everything. It must be for show. Had to wait more than 30 minutes.

Don't know if it was because it was the 1st day they opend during the pandemic but sales person was somewhat of in a rush to get me out of store This is the 2nd time I've purchased instore the 1st time I purchased in store was way more satisfying.

There are too little people that work in the store to attend to everyone. You feel rushed when in there because they are trying to get to the next person.

I received a bracket and the clasp must have opened and I lost it Soni replaced it since it was a gift to me. I bought the chain clasp to avoid it being lost again. But now my keeps fell off. They don't stay well.

I am from Houston. This is my first time come to Pandora in Dallas. However, I am not really happy with the store assistance here. I was looking for a new ring tho, and honestly, I didn't really know which one I want before I came. In the Houston's store, ladies help me by showing me the tray of my ring size, it s easier for me to pick out what I want. In Dallas store, I dont know because of some security reasons or something, the lady there told me to walk around the store and tell her which one I like, then she showed me exactly that one. I m pretty sure that you cannot put show all the rings you have in the store, right? She didn't even give me the catalog until I asked. I asked her to show me the tray. She did, but looked like she was not happy to do that. Overall, I just dont really like the attitude here. I maybe just come back with my familiar Pandora store in Houston

I was traveling and in every state I purchase a Pandora charm with that states name. Typically I have the sales person clean(air blow) my charms and place the charm on my bracelet. This sales person refuse to clean and put on my bracelet. After me insisting that she put the charm on and explaining to her my experience in other locations she finally put the charm on but did not clean. This was disappointing especially since I've been a customer for a long time and have 2 completely filled bracelets and working on my 3rd. I've not experienced this in other locations.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. I was helped right away and told the sales associate what I wanted. She argued for a good 5 minutes over the size of the bracelet I was asking to purchase. My aunt walked up to see what was taking so long. My aunt agreed I need to buy a larger size bracelet for a relative. The associate wanted to see a picture of my cousin so she could see if we need a large size. I asked if we bought the wrong size was my cousin able to exchange, she said Yes but very disgusted that we would ask that. Also, she kept asking about the larger size and where the pictures were. I told her several times, I don't know the sizes of bracelets but I had bought one before (7.2?) and it was too small. She never once said our sizes are and then ist them. I finally bought the bracelet I wanted in a smaller size because she was insisting the size 9 was WAY TOO BIG!
