We waited about 90 minutes after we got there. There are only 2 salesperson in store, I think when you have some special promotion, you should arrange more people to help the customers. And there were no chairs to sit, so we just stand there for 90 minutes. It's terrible!

Sales associate was rude like she was in a hurry and I was the only one in the store. I asked for her opinion about earrings for my daughter she said it don’t matter just pick anything! I felt I welcomed at this store.

There were 4 girls behind the counter. I walked in and no one greeted me. There wasn't any other people in the store so just me. No one greeted me until I walked up and stared right at one of them. They then asked how they could help. I said I wanted to look at charms, they didn't seem like they wanted to help. I asked if they had any charms like little dolls or stars and she said not really. I wanted to commemorate my wife and daughters visit to the american girl doll store. She didn't even look. I asked if she could just start shoeing me charms, she pulled one out, then after a few minutes was like do you want any? Like I felt rushed or like they didn't want to help or i wouldnt get to see other boxes. I asked about rings. And found exactly what u needed and she said you didn't have. I bought 1 charm and 2 rings. I think I'll go to my regular store and remember to not visit the Dallas galleria store.

The women that attende me and my mom was really unhappy and its look like we bother here for no reason. She never smile or do anything to solve anything

There was a line outside the store. Took me an hour to make my purchase. Even worst, the itens I wanted wasn’t available and I had to spend LESS money that I intended to spend.

I had to wait too long on line (about 20mn) to get inside the store. Even when others were leaving, they were still not allowing others on line to come in. Then the sales associates did not seem to care much about their job, there was not sales skill or good customer interaction, it was very transactional, without trying to provide great service. We were looking for a ring that showed availability on line, but by the time we got there, it was sold. Instead of showing us all the rings they had in that size, we had to ask based on some of the samples on the window. There was no proactiveness. The line outside would have gone a lot faster if the service was improved. I understand not stressing the customer for choices, but also offer them solutions or alternatives when they are out of a particular product. I felt I had to do all the work. All persons working there were quite young and inexperienced. I suggest having at least one person with more experience working there to support. Also when waiting outside on line, people would just leave when they would see the line. So they need to work on expediting the service and provide better service.

Sales associate kept telling me the item i wanted might not be in stock even after i let her know if she could just check to make sure. The items were in fact in stock. Never smiled and sales associates aren’t friendly at all except the guy thats works there. They never offered help when they were just standing around

this visit was much better than the previous visit
