I went to store have been a customer for years and I had a problem with my chain show the general manager and she was so rude she answer we can’t fix it cause you had 60 days to bring it back and I told her but cause of the cove 19 I couldn’t come and she told em well we were open not know why you couldn’t it was embarrassing cause I had never been treated this way I’m always buying and doing my shopping here at galería cause I work next to it but every where I travel always go to a pandora cause of charms to could check my history. The store’s size could not accommodate the customer traffic. The staff was pleasant considering the rudeness of customers. The unavailability of a jewelry Box that had to be taken back.

I learned that not all sales and promotions applies to EVERY Pandora location. I also learned that the staff is notified the day of, of what promotions are being offered.

Associates are very helpful

The sales associate was very slow. She was not quick to show us what we were looking for. We came in wanting to look at all the Disney charms and she was only showing us one tray at a time. She also did not mention the sale items until the end of our visit.

I was looking for an inexpensive ring for someone. Everything I looked at online that was in stores wasn’t there when I got there.
