Pandora Jewelry

I was looking for 3 specific rings and none of them were made in my size this was very disappointing. Hope Pandora can make bigger sized rings for the ones we like to have a ring in middle finger and have a bite of chubby fingers.

After spending 90 dollars the sales associate didn’t tell me about spending 125.00 to get the free bracelet. Very upset

I was gifted 2 different charms that were purchased on line. However, I received 2 of the exact same charm so the order was wrong... I tried to return the duplicate charm in person but was told that I had to mail it back to receive the correct item as it would mess with their inventory (?). This is a bit of a nuisance but in the current environment, it's not worth getting upset. When I called your on-line people, she was super helpful but I am concerned that I get the right charm that was originally ordered! Also, I will not have this for my birthday. I have mailed back the duplicate charm using the original packaging and the return mailing label which was easy but I had to stop by a post office to mail which was another inconvenience

When I asked about if I can get my ring size for further shopping, the associate wasn’t really friendly about it. She even hesitated about doing it

The store was very small. Had to wait just to get into the store. Had to shop without my family.

The waiting time to get in the in the store was 30 minutes

I had a great experience purchasing my ring. I knew what I wanted and walked right in to purchase and the store had exactly what I was looking for.

Our associate Shelby was VERY clumsy with the jewelry and spoke really fast. I felt rushed and the experience was not one to remember even though it needed to be....
