I enjoy my visit at the store in Dallas. & I will be going back this weekend to purchase my mom & daughter a bracelet.

I went shopping online first and found exactly what I was looking for to give my friend for her birthday but I changed my mind due to the shipping time. I needed this bracelet ASAP. So I went in the store and they had what I wanted thank you!

I have never been inside of a Pandora store. My boyfriend bought my charm bracelet for my birthday. He bought it in Indianapolis and mailed it to me here in Dallas. The bracelet was too small, I needed to exchange for a larger size. When I got to the store, no customer were inside however the store had a barrier in the front. I stood in front while the three associates looked at me and not one of them welcomed me in or attempted to move the barrier. I had to step over it and asked if they were open.

It would have been nice to see the trays of options. Using the catelogue. The perusal of items seemed rushed.

We waited a long time for assistance. The sales associate was distracted with talking to another associate, she knew we were new customers and didn’t explain the layout of finding charms we might like in the store. Me and my mother bought matching bracelets and charms. She only showed us the “family” charms and there were only 5. We just walked around looking in all the cases until we found hearts we liked. She also didn’t show us how to open the bracelet so when I got home I had a difficult time opening it and I was worried I would break it.

The store was a little messy. 3 dependants inside and take a While They realize I was at The entrance

the sales associate seemed like she didn't wanted to be there or help with showing the merchandise, it couldve been cause she is pregnant but still not very helpful
