Advertising you buy one bracelet and get one free I was told it ended and they sold out of bracelets and need that honored

Didn't have much to choose from. Went in to do the promotion to get the free bracelet they didn't give an option to choose what size bracelet that would fit. I get online and have that option so was disappointed that now I have a bracelet that I can't wear because I was given the smallest size and was told that's all they provide and that's at all of their locations.

1) The store is tiny! Which such a great selection please add more space to your Galleria Dallas location :) 2) There were only 3 associates available. For a Friday, I wish there was more! My boyfriend and I wanted about 10 minutes before someone came to help. :(

Crevice was not good at all. The lady’s there were not very helpful. They didn’t have good actitud at all.

the nice tall lady at the door was welcoming but the two other woman I spoke with didn't make me feel more coming as the door lady

More items options specially religious items like: God, Faith, blessed. There are none

My experience at the dallas galleria store was OK. Not great, just ok. The sales rep was very nice, but she lacked basic knowledge of the products. I was dumbfounded to learn that earrings are sold separately. The rep did not know this and took 10 mixtures to learn. I also wanted the rose gold plate to engrave, but I also learned not all locations carry this service, so they did not carry the product.
